2025 Harvest Bake Off/Auction Registration

Thank you for your interest in Mapleton City's annual Harvest Bake Off and silent auction. The silent auction and Harvest Bake Off judging will take place at the annual Scarecrow Spectacular on Sat., October 11, 2025. Proceeds will benefit our local schools in Mapleton. We invite you to donate your favorite baked goods item(s) to the silent aucton and test your baking skills by entering the Harvest Bake Off for fun prizes!

You have the option to register only for the silent auction or both the silent auction AND the Harvest Bake Off.

Auction Rules:
- The auction will take place from 3:00pm-5:00pm at the annual Scarecrow Spectacular on Sat., October 11, 2025 in City Hall.
  - All items must be brought to Mapleton City Hall between 2:45pm-3:00pm.
  - Winning bidders will be announced by 5:15pm.
  - All auction items must be wrapped/covered.
- Submissions can be any favorite sweet or savory recipe. Fall recipes are encouraged but not required.
- You may register an unlimited number of silent auction items.
Harvest Bake Off Rules:
- All items must be brought to Mapleton City Hall between 2:45pm-3:00pm.
- Please bring three (3) separate servings for the judges to try in addition to the auction item.
- Each entrant is limited to one (1) Harvest Bake Off submission.
Schedule of bake off:
- Presenting and judging (Each bake off contestent will be presenting their piece to the judges to be judged on presentation and taste)
- Little bakers and Junior bakers ages 5-15 yrs will present and be judged from 4:00pm-4:30pm
- Adults 16+ will present and be judged 4:30pm-5:00pm
- Winners will be announced by 5:15pm
