How to Participate
Step 1: Get Your List
Lists are available to download at: https://mapleton-ut.gov/departments/parks___recreation/events/hometown_summer.php
Step 2: Complete Activities
Work through the activity list throughout the summer. Most activities can be completed whenever it fits your schedule.
Activities marked with a “★” are some of our official community events. Scan the designated QR code at these events in order to earn an additional 10 raffle tickets!
Step 3: Submit Completed Activities
As you complete activities, submit them through them on this survey to earn raffle tickets. Winners will be selected the week of July 27th.
- Please only submit each activity once per participant or family
- Each participant should register and submit activities individually if they want their name entered into the raffle
- Raffle prizes haven’t been selected yet because we want you to pick them! Fill out this survey: https://mapleton.jotform.com/261465654318058 to let us know what raffle prizes we should get!
Who Can Participate?
Anyone living in or visiting Mapleton during the summer is welcome to participate. If you win the raffle, you must be able to pick up your prize from the Mapleton City Offices.
Important Dates
- While you are welcome to work on the bucket list for as long as you like, the official challenge runs through July 24th
- All activity submissions and raffle entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on July 24
- Prize winners will be drawn and announced the following week
- Winners will be contacted through the email provided during registration and announced on social media
